Why do we need to purchase the product on Amazon first?
We require all Beta Testers to purchase our product on Amazon US as that is where our stock is held. Amazon also provides sellers the full cost of purchase including shipping and taxes so you will always get reimbursed the full amount charged.

Why do we need a PayPal account?
Refunds on Amazon are to be used for defective products or for dissatisfied customers, and therefore hurts the account metrics for sellers. Given the Beta Testing Program does not fall into either of the above reasons for refund processing on Amazon, reimbursements via PayPal are the next best alternative. Additionally, PayPal provides for immediately payment completion and there are no 48 hour wait times.

How long until I receive my reimbursement?
As long as your payment is cleared with Amazon, we will reimburse the full payment, including shipping and tax, within 48 hours of receiving the Order ID and your PayPal email address. You should receive the full amount within 3-5 business days thereafter.
